Meet Gandhi.
Architect, Engineer, Builder

I am Gandhi. I spent 20 years engineering advanced analytics and artificial intelligence systems at Lumenos, Microsoft, Starbucks, AWS, and AuthenticId. I established Minimalist Innovation to solve a structural problem: organizations attempt to scale their systems, people, and AI initiatives without aligning them first. I build the data and decision intelligence architecture that sustains your business growth. I design socio-technical systems to bridge the gap between technical capability and human execution.

Leading technology transformations initiatives worth hundreds of millions of dollars revealed a consistent pattern: The organizations that won did not have the biggest budgets. They built the right foundation first. I watched well-funded divisions fail while smaller teams with strong architectures outpaced them. Today, I partner with companies exceeding $20 million in annual revenue to establish this differentiator, the critical foundation.

My path here emerged from execution. At Microsoft, I learned that disciplined focus beats scattered effort. At AWS, I saw that sustainable growth requires structural integrity before buying software tools. At Starbucks, I learned to connect people, processes, and technology into systems that function in production—not just on a whiteboard.

Those experiences shaped my practice. I integrate backend engineering, change management, and business problem-solving into a single discipline. I build operational systems that work for the people running them.

The best part of my work is watching the business stop fighting their data and start trusting it. I want leaders to stop asking, "Can we trust this number?" and start asking, "What action do we take next?" That shift happens when you engineer the right foundation.
